Knights of the Hop Table (KOTHT) is a Gulf Coast homebrewing club built around the idea that great beer is best made, shared, and discussed among friends. The club brings together brewers of all experience levels—from first-time extract brewers to advanced all-grain and experimental brewers—to exchange knowledge, improve brewing skills, and celebrate the craft of homebrewing.
