Our next mtg is this Sunday the 20th at my house. We will start brewing Spring Equinox Cream Ale about 12:30. If enough folks plan to come I’ll order pizza and we can drink beer afterward. I’ll have the Winter Solstice Cream ale for sampling. OAB will be available. Other beer also. Please let me know if you plan to come
Need hosts for July, Aug, Oct & Nov Winos Mtgs
April 24th will be the Gen Mtg. We will do the Amer Wheat Som Comp on this date. The club has 8 gallons of honey for mead making. Before the meeting we will use it to make 40 gallons of mead. I will keep 5 gals for club use. 7 migs can take home approx 5 gals If you pay for the cost of the honey & yeast, that is $30. You must be present to participate and help with making and clean up. It will be done in 2 batches. We will start at 2 and should be done by the time we start the April mtg at 4. Bringing samples of the end product is also a must.. Bring a fermenter, you have to take it home. Let me know if you wish to participate. It will be at my house.
