  This beer is named in honor of the current and past men and women who patrol our waterways. This light-bodied ale is crafted with American malts and European hops.

• Dead On Amber Ale
  Red Ale - American Amber / Red 5.5% ABV ▪ 26 IBU

  This beer is brewed in honor of the men and women assigned to the 4th Special Operations Squadron (4th SOS). The 4th SOS is the largest of nine flying squadrons within the 1st Special Operations Wing. The unit employed the now retired AC-130U Spooky gunship. "Dead On" was the name of one AC-130U Spooky gunships assigned to the 4th SOS.

• Kelly Day
  IPA - American 7.5% ABV ▪ 55 IBU

  This American style IPA is named in honor of firefighting heroes. What is a Kelly Day you might ask? Kelly Day: A day offor vacation day taken at a scheduled interval in addition to normal time off or vacation. Also Kelly shift. It has been claimed as early as 1953 that this term comes from Edward Joseph Kelly, mayor of Chicago from 1933 to 1947. He is said to have put in place a similar plan for firefighters in 1936. This West Coast style IPA is crafted with 2-row and cara malts, and hopped up with Chinook and Simcoe hops (including dry hopped).

• K9 Furmissile IPA
  IPA - American 5.5% ABV ▪ 65 IBU

  A lighter drinking IPA featuring Mosiac and Citra hops. This beer is named in honor of K9 law enforcement officers and their cuddly pups.

• Longtabber (On Nitro)
  Stout - Irish Dry 4.8% ABV ▪ 30 IBU

  This beer is named in honor of the current and past 7th Special Forces Group "Quiet Professionals" who earned the Special Forces tab. The tab is often nicknamed the "Long Tab". This Irish Dry Stout is crafted with pale ale, roasted barley, flaked barley, and cara malts, hopped with English hops.

  This beer is named in honor of the men and women who serve/have served with the United States Air Force under the A.F. Special Operations Command. This APA is crafted with 2-row, Pilsner and caramalts, with Yakima Valley Cascade hops (including dry hopped).

  This beer is named in honor of the men and women who serve/have served with the United States Air Force RED HORSE units. This Irish Red Ale is crafted with 2-row, caramalts, and roasted barley and slightly hopped with English hops.

  2023 Best Florida Beer Competition bronze medal winner. A malt-focused, generally caramelly beer and occasionally a butterscotch aftertaste. This beer is named after the Scottish Highlanders who fought in Georgia and Florida during the War of Jenkins’ Ear from 1739-1748.

  Because sometimes the Rucker boys slip south of I-10 for a quick sightseeing tour. This beer is named after our Army aviation brothers and sisters who fly CH-47 Chinook helos. A classic German-style pilsner made with German malts, German Noble hops and German lager yeast.

  All American Pale Ale is a dry hopped Ale named in honor of the 82nd Airborne. This beer is brewed with American malts with a whirlpool and dry hop addition of cascade hops. The son of the owners is assigned to the 82nd, a picture of him is located on the south wall of the taproom. The photo was taken during his deployment to Afghanistan in support of the evacuation of Kabul in August 2021.
