  • Riptide
Red Ale - American Amber / Red 5.4% ABV 40 IBU

When the red and yellow flags are out, swim out too far and your best friend will be the lifeguard stationed on the beach. On second thought, a lifeguard rescue might be the perfect way to start your summer vacation. Share your Riptide® and find a friend for life. Our Riptide® amber ale is a smooth and flavorful brew. Don’t worry about getting dragged under, you can drink Riptide® without leaving the shore. The only thing you’ll be pulled to do is order another pint or take home a growler.

  • Li'l Napoleon IPA
    IPA - American 6.7% ABV 70 IBU

Napoleon never set foot on Florida’s shores, but if he did, we’re sure he’d be looking for a way to conquer the land from coast to coast. He’d probably have some supporters – after all, the French helped settle Pensacola. Our Li’l Napoleon was christened in the name of all short bastards – the good, the bad and the infamous. Strong and hoppy, Li’l Napoleon can sneak up on you if you let it. With a smooth caramel and honey finish, you’ll want to have a second. And probably a third. Take time to savor the good ole days, when the French had power and Florida was a territory waiting to be developed. We reckon Napoleon would be proud of the IPA that bears his name. (Aside from his hatred of all things English, naturally).

  • Lighthouse Porter
    Porter - American 6.1% ABV 45 IBU

The Pensacola Lighthouse is an icon for our hometown, and so is our Porter. For centuries, a light high above a tower has served as a beacon to sailors at sea. Even though we don’t keep the Lighthouse Porter on our roof, you’d be surprised at how many sailors seem to think it’s a sign! The Gulf’s shallow waters can be treacherous. Without the Pensacola Lighthouse, who knows how many ships would have succumbed to a dark and foggy night? Find your way out of the dreary rat race and relax with the Lighthouse Porter. The Lighthouse Porter is flavorful, without being heavy. An enjoyable sipping beer, you’ll definitely find your way to shore with our Lighthouse Porter.

  • Treasure Grove
Pale Ale - American 4.7% ABV 34 IBU

Legend holds that Christopher Columbus brought over the first orange to Florida’s shores. One expedition blossomed into more than 75 million trees, stretching across our sandy soil. We created Treasure Grove Citra Pale Ale with a similar excursion. We started with the finest Citra hops that gently inspire a slightly bitter citrus finish, sure to cause a rosy glow. With hints of grapefruit, tangerine and lemon, you’ll love the refreshing flavor in your next pint. Just kick back and imagine you’re walking through the rolling hills of the world’s citrus capital. Florida is perfectly suited for citrus of every kind, and we think our Treasure Grove makes a nice addition to the lineup.

  • DeSoto
Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse 3.4% ABV 6 IBU

Refreshing and tart. Made with Bohemian pilsner malt, white wheat and Mt. Hood hops. Napoleon himself dubbed the Berliner Weisse Ale the Northern Champagne. You will create your own endless summer with a pint of our DeSoto Berliner Weisse Ale brewed with raspberries.

  • Sawgrass Wheat
Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat 4.2% ABV 32 IBU

Like the soft wind over a beach dune, our Sawgrass American Wheat is crisp and refreshing. It’s the perfect beer to sip while watching the tide roll in, lolling on a jon boat, or barbecuing with friends. If you like laid-back Sunday afternoons, Sawgrass American Wheat is calling your name. A pleasant beer, Sawgrass Wheat will please even the pickiest of palates. There’s nothing prickly about our smooth wheat brew. It’s seasonal, so make sure to stop by the Pensacola Bay Brewery to try a taste. Just like long summer nights and fireflies, the gentle Sawgrass American Wheat is available for a short time only. And don’t worry, our wheat beer is made with the finest ingredients, never with sawgrass.

  • Blackbeard Stout
    Stout - American 5.6% ABV 34 IBU

Dark and delicious, made with malted, roasted, and chocolate barley with a soft finish.

  • Conquistador Doppelbock
    Bock - Doppelbock 8.1% ABV 25 IBU

The fierce qualities of some of Florida’s earliest explorers are represented with our flavorful Conquistador Doppelbock. With a high ABV – over 8% –our brew is as strong as the Spanish that conquered much of our coast. After one or two, you might start calling yourself Don Jose and looking for a helmet. The conquistadors were searching for treasure in Florida: gold, silver, the secret of immortality. While we can’t guarantee you’ll find gold at the bottom of a pint, maybe there’s a drop from the Fountain of Youth. And we’re not telling where it is. Take home a growler, enjoy a pint – the Conquistador Doppelbock will make the weakest men ready to sail across the sea.

  • Deluna German Style Kolsch
    Kölsch 4.4% ABV 23 IBU

  • Banyan Brown
Brown Ale - American 5.6% ABV 47 IBU

Strength comes in many forms. With our Banyan Brown Ale, the flavors develop slowly and wrap around your taste buds. You’ll taste notes of chocolate and a certain nutty hoppiness that will inspire you to ask for a second pint. Banyan trees are known as survivors. By nestling in crevices in other trees, the small seed of the Banyan takes hold and starts to expand. Slowly, over time, the Banyan tree drops its limbs and wraps around the original trunk. We like to think of the Banyan Brown Ale in the same way – take a sip, drop your troubles and start to relax. The Banyan Brown Ale is perfect for Florida winters. The mild body is enough to keep you warm, without making you reach for woolen mittens. With hints of caramel and cocoa, you’ll enjoy sipping the Banyan Brown Ale all year long.

  • ESB
Bitter - Extra Special / Strong (ESB) 6% ABV 55 IBU

Pensacola is a city inspired by crystal white beaches and the adventure of the open water. There’s something extra special about our hometown, its landmarks and its people. We were inspired, and our Pensacola Bay’s Extra Special was born. Our richly flavored ESB has a strong hoppy flavor, without the bitterness of its name. One of our most popular beers, the Pensacola Bay’s Extra Special will delight your palette and make your day at the same time. Don’t let the name fool you, our ESB is smooth with a slight citrus finish. Try a sip, sample a glass and become a convert. Just like the folks who visit our beaches and decide to stay, you’ll find the Pensacola Bay’s Extra Special to be a new favorite.

  • Napoleon Complex Imperial IPA
    IPA - Imperial / Double 8% ABV 75 IBU

Inspired by its younger brother Li'l Napoleon ®, Napoleon Complex is hopping with deep, robust Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops that give it a huge flavor! Don't let the name fool you, though – this imperial IPA doesn't need to overcompensate for its short stature. Even with its high ABV, the Napoleon Complex goes down easy without being overly-aggressive. As Mr. Bonaparte may or may not have said, big things do, in fact, come in small packages!

  • Pumpkin Vanilla Porter
    Porter - Other 6.1% ABV 47 IBU

Nice seasonal dark beer with hints of pumpkin, vanilla and nutmeg. No one ingredient is overpowering. Fall into a tasty mug of Pumpkin Vanilla porter. Even Ponce De Leon would have enjoyed this delicious porter.

  • OPP (Original Pensacola Premium)
Lager - American Light 3.8% ABV N/A IBU

  • Fish House Fish Head Red
Red Ale - American Amber / Red 4.5% ABV N/A IBU

Rolled out and showcased at 2014 Fish House Craft Beer Fest.

  • DeLuna Extra Pale Ale
Pale Ale - American 4.7% ABV N/A IBU

  • Queen Anne's Revenge
Stout - Russian Imperial 8% ABV N/A IBU

  • 1845 Pilsner
    Pilsner - Other 5.4% ABV 30 IBU

Where would we be without our home state? Celebrating 167 years of statehood, La Florida officially joined the union in 1845. Hence the name for our All-American Pilsner. Light in color and balanced in taste, the 1845 deserves it’s own flag. According to the history books, the Governor of Florida signed our statehood papers on the steps of the Capitol. We’re gonna bet the assembled group celebrated with a special kind of Florida beer, if only 1845 had been available on tap! The smooth, crisp taste is as American as baseball and apple pie, with a little something special just from Florida thrown in. We might not have a lone star or a TV show about a shoreline, but we do have our own brand of Florida pride. And y’all, we can drink ours.

  • 44 Pounder
Lager - IPL (India Pale Lager) 6.27% ABV 62 IBU

  • Belgian Abbey Ale
Belgian Strong Dark Ale 8.2% ABV N/A IBU

  • Whiskey Porter
    Porter - Other 6.1% ABV 42 IBU

Made with seven different grains, this beer is smooth with a slight chocolate flavor and the aroma and taste of whiskey. One or two of these and our may think you’re in Tennessee sitting next to Jack Daniels himself.

  • Black Treasure
    Porter - Imperial / Double 6.1% ABV 42 IBU

Made with seven different grains, this beer is smooth with a slight chocolate flavor and the aroma and taste of whiskey. One or two of these and our may think you’re in Tennessee sitting next to Jack Daniels himself.

First time being here after trying many of their beers elsewhere. Highly recommend. Large selection of beers, great bartender and a nice outdoor patio area to sit and drink. Ample parking around it as well. Did I mention the beers are great too?!!

Impressed by the variety of beers offered here. The Riptide Red is great, but everything I tried was very good too. The bartender even concocted a mixture of two beers that was incredible! I definitely recommend visiting Pensacola Bay Brewery, and it's worth the short walk from Palafox.
